看到新鲜的中虾就会忍不住买了下来
1公斤分成2份~1黑1红
2道颜色极端的虾料理上桌咯!
这干煎阿三虾好像是娘惹菜,我也有点不清楚
这不是煎焦哦!这是Assam 膏的天然颜色
用3~4大匙的Assam 膏加3/4饭碗水搅拌均匀,留汁备用
把虾洗净,加入辣椒丝,盐,胡椒粉,糖(3大匙),Assam 汁腌3~4小时
放入煎锅里用少许油煎至熟即可。
(Assam汁和糖可依自己的口味来调配)
惹味酸甜的浓浓蛋花藩茄酱汁
醮面包或馒头~Iciban
把洗净的虾子煎至微黄,拿起备用
锅里用少许油爆香蒜茸,姜丝
加入1 1/2饭碗水,4大匙藩茄酱,1大匙辣椒酱,1 1/2大匙白醋,3大匙糖,盐,1粒切块藩茄
煮至滚,加入虾略炒均,加入太白粉水勾芡,熄火
最后加入1颗略打匀的蛋液,快手拌均即可
(酸甜度请依自己的喜好来调配)
蛋花茄汁蝦....好特別喔...有茄汁的微酸...吃起來應該很開味

Last sunday I tried this two recipe ..really very yummy .. my younger son usually take less than half bowl of rice . he like the 蛋花茄汁蝦 very very much .. that day he want to add rice untill 1 bowl .. he still want to add ..but we contol him .. scare he stomach explode today I am bought 1 kg again
