材料:
雞胸肉 400克 (切丁)
洋葱 1顆 (切丁)
紅辣椒 1條 (切丁)
大青椒 1顆 (切丁)
醃料:
鹽 1小匙
水 1大匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
粟粉 1/2大匙
調味料:
番茄醬 2大匙
辣椒醬 1大匙
醬油 1大匙
糖 1小匙
水 2大匙
做法:
1. 雞丁加入醃料拌匀醃10分鐘, 放進熱油中炸至熟, 撈起瀝乾油份.
2. 燒熱一大匙油, 爆香洋葱丁, 大青椒丁和紅辣椒丁, 下調味料煮濃, 再加入雞丁大火炒匀便可.
