材料:
胡鬚雞/土雞 1隻
當歸粉 1大匙
鹽 1大匙
嫩薑 1塊(拍扁)
青葱 2顆
紹興酒 1大匙
做法:
將雞洗净後瀝乾水份, 加入鹽和當歸粉把雞内外塗抹均匀, 放置醃約1-2小時.
把青葱和薑塞進雞内, 然後盛入水滾的蒸鍋内以大火蒸約25-30分鐘至熟.
把雞取出, 淋上紹興酒 , 放置待冷後即可斬塊食用.
同樣的材料及調味料..由不同的人抓拿和烹調...煮出來的菜餚風味也會迴異
雞隻的大小..鹽..當歸粉..的輕重還是要自己多試..多吃..多做..
