魷魚 1大條/2小條
蒜頭 6瓣
辣椒乾 15-20條
小葱頭 15-20顆
巴拉盏 拇指大小
亞參膏 100克
清水 1000毫升
調味料:
椰糖 50克
白糖 1大匙
鹽 1小匙
做法:
1. 將蒜瓣, 辣椒乾, 小葱頭, 巴拉盏用攪拌機搗爛成泥狀, 取出備用.
2. 把亞參膏加清水一起拌匀,過瀘, 取汁備用.
3. 把魷魚切片, 用沸水汆燙一會, 撈起瀝乾水份.
4. 燒熱1碗(250毫升)食油, 用中火爆香搗爛之材料, 注入亞參膏汁和調味料煮至糖溶化辣油滲出為止, 最后加入魷魚片拌均匀, 用慢火燜煮約30分鐘至喜愛的濃度即可.

參巴辣醬可以做多一點放冷凍
要吃時只要加入亞參水和其他配料就是一道省時料理了
加入洋葱和炸香的江魚仔就是傳統的Nasi Lemak 配料
