jenny,我有个好方法不会弄坏青椒,就是你不要切青椒的头,你在长长的青椒中间一刀割下,要除掉青椒的种子也方便,要塞肉进去也很好塞

吓! 只買到九條嗎? 我家人多最少要20條..哈哈!
我家虽是同样的做法,但是我只用青灯笼椒,小颗的就整粒酿,大颗的就切半,煎香后,用这个调味料来做酱,蒜米茸,姜片,豆瓣酱,小辣椒碎,糖,酱油,麻油,加几粒黑豆士,就只是这个酱汁,就吃上3碗饭。。。

因為我看到[李霖泰市場]也有在賣~
而且是把它做成像台灣的[甜不辣湯]醬子~裡面有白菜頭。炸豆腐之類的~
看起來好好吃喔~
下次也可以試試煮湯的喔^^

可以釀在茄子..苦瓜..秋葵..豆腐..辣椒....可以煎/炸/蒸
淋上用黄豆熬煮的上湯或豆醬汁...好吃
這個好~ 不過我很少這種青椒做 都是買像甜椒那麼大的~ 不用那麼辛苦塞~
