主角: 4小顆馬鈴薯..蒸熟乘熱壓爛成泥
配料: 一手抓培根&洋葱碎(略炒)..1片芝士..鹽..胡椒粉..青葱 (為了顏色亂放的..家裡没買到西芹)
把馬鈴薯泥和配料加在一起拌成糰, 搓成喜愛的圓餅份量
順序沾上三温暖外皮: 麵粉...蛋液...麵包粉

jenny, 農曆新年快到了﹐你有做過年餅嗎﹖﹖最近經濟不好﹐很多人都失業﹐現在菜市場及夜市場看到很多年青人都在擺攤子賣過年餅呢﹗﹗我弟朋友工作的地方2009年一開始公司就炒了1500名員工(也包括他朋友)。沒炒的連花紅都沒有﹐真的過苦年呢﹗唉~~

我每年都會做幾樣小小罐的來應應景...吃完就算..太多了會膩..
